LIVE-ONLINE YOGA FOUNDATIONS TRAINING MODULE
6 Hour Module | In partnership with Ashe Yoga Collective

As a visiting educator for the Chicago-based yoga collective’s continuing education options, I will be teaching a foundations training focusing on and applying principles of Somatics for embodied healing and meaningful change.

Can be part of the 30hr Trauma-Informed Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, or taken as a single 6HR module.

CE’s AVAILABLE with yoga alliance and is open to yoga teachers, movement facilitators, practitioners, therapists, educators, and curious students interested in incorporating somatics in their private practice.
