As a guest facilitator for the Chicago-based ASHE Yoga Collective’s continuing education options, I will be teaching a module focusing on integrating Somatics in your yoga practice, sequencing in Trauma-Informed Yoga & Somatics to create a short flow, and differentiating between a physical and somatic yoga practice.

This module is part of ASHE’s 300-HR YTT, or it can be taken as a single 3-HR module. CE’s are AVAILABLE with Yoga Alliance, and is open to yoga teachers, movement facilitators, practitioners, therapists, educators, and curious students interested in incorporating somatics in their private practice.
