A seeker was born. An artist whose hands traced the contours of the human experience, and eyes that searched for the truth.
Raised between a concoction of cultures, shaped by inner landscapes with different tongues, she became attuned to the silent language of the sensing, feeling, moving body.
Reflected in her body of work is a dialogue between the external environment and the internal somatic narrative. A movement between the seen and the unseen. Movement takes such an important role in her life and work that we can recognize it in its many shapes, especially the way the unseen finds its way into form.

Art is movement. It’s memory, identity, and the expression of these unseen forces that shape us.
For almost two decades, at the heart of this seekers’ art was a conversation with these forces. As an artist working with mediums such as photography, mixed media, and the expressive arts, she became interested in what was fleeting (gestures suspended in time, light sculpting to evoke an emotion, staged performances that blurred the line between presence and absence).
It developed into an artistic practice based on a continuous process of inquiry which lead her under the surface of classical imagery. Her curiosity went beyond the mechanics of creation, and into her body’s own wisdom instead. It’s a language older than words and a rhythm older than thought itself. She found herself intrigued by how bodies not only became subjects to be captured visually, but how they were a living archive of accumulated inner experiences. She noticed over the thousands of bodies she had in front of her les how gesture, posture and breath tells their story. The body, both as an objective physical process, and as a subjective process of lived consciousness.
In her own research she found that those movements are more than aesthetic, they’re a language that reveals the legacy of the organization of that human experience, and often of forgotten dynamics, becoming the tale of survival, transformation, and growth.

As a Creative Director, Artist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, she continues shaping visual narratives and leading embodied immersions. Though her work shifted from only art-making and into an expansive shift going beyond just capturing expression and observing movement, but to facilitating and restoring it where it’s been lost. It grew from seeing, into sensing and moving. It has become an invitation to those who have forgotten their own movement back into flow.
We know what is is to be human through our experience of our trauma because it compromises those very features of what it mean to being a human; our humanity, sociability our co-regulation capacity, our purpose in life, it all gets challenged as state of fixity, a loss of motion, a body frozen in time. And every story told, image shaped, space held, becomes that invitation to move again.
Fusing creativity and healing mirrors life’s primal movements, a basic rhythm (a charge and discharge, expansion and contraction) which is the pulsatory process of your body’s innate intelligence seeking balance, and, in this space, art and body are not separate, they are two expressions of the same language, one that has always sought to bridge the gap between what is seen and what is felt, and where movement is both medium and message.
For those who dare step into this world, the invitation is to move beyond observation and into more embodiment. Let's shift away from seeing into sensing, from fragmentation to more wholeness, from habit to more choice, from injury to more play.
It’s a story that is both deeply personal and profoundly universal, and continuously unfolding.

WELCOME TO THE INTERSECTION OF CREATION AND HEALING
Imagine a space where creativity and the wisdom of your body come together to support discovery, expression and transformation. The CercleMethod™ blends the expressive arts with body-centered approaches to enhance human functioning and body-mind integration through movement awareness. By tapping into the brain’s deeper, nonverbal centers (responsible for survival responses, emotional processing, and sensory awareness) and engaging these areas through sensory and movement-based exploration, it helps restore a sense of safety, regulation, and connection to your body.
Do you long to experience your inner world in a way you never have before? To discover resilience not as a concept, but as something deeply felt? To reclaim a connection that transcends words?
