As a guest facilitator for the Chicago-based ASHE Yoga Collective’s continuing education options, I will be teaching a foundations training focusing on and applying principles of Somatics for embodied healing and meaningful change.

This module is part of ASHE’s 30-HR Trauma-Informed Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, or it can be taken as a single 6HR module. CE’s are AVAILABLE with Yoga Alliance, and is open to yoga teachers, movement facilitators, practitioners, therapists, educators, and curious students interested in incorporating somatics in their private practice.
