Module 1 is the first phase of 3 of the Immersion. This phase focuses on establishing a foundation of safety within the body and nervous system. Participants will explore grounding techniques, develop internal and external resources, and learn to recognize and track their nervous system states. The aim is to build stability, foster self-compassion, and create a sense of containment to support deeper somatic work.
