This includes recognizing polyvagal states (ventral, sympathetic, dorsal) and using tailored upregulating or downregulating strategies to navigate these states effectively. The immersion culminates with practical techniques for maintaining resilience, fostering adaptability, and nurturing ongoing growth and self-awareness.
