This includes recognizing polyvagal states (ventral, sympathetic, dorsal) and using tailored up-regulating or down-regulating strategies to navigate these states effectively. The immersion culminates with practical techniques for maintaining resilience, fostering adaptability, and nurturing ongoing growth and self-awareness.
