Module 2 is the second phase of 3 of the Somatic Unfolding Immersion. In his phase participants deepen their awareness of body sensations, emotions, and patterns of tension or disconnection. Using somatic education and experiential practices, they will learn the language of felt sense, map their body’s signals, and begin to expand their capacity for regulation. This phase emphasizes reconnecting with the body as a safe and responsive container.
